SetUpObject:- User, Profile and recordType these are setup object.
setUp object are used to intrect the metaData.
None-setup:- Account, Contact, lead, CustomObject are non-setup object.
If you DML operation in setUp object then you can't perfrm DML operation on single transaction.
It will show the “Mixed_DML_operation” error.
For Example:- you can not insert Account and then insert user in single transaction.
