Offset query used whenevery you implementing a pagination.
Select Id, Name From Account.
It’s return 13 records
Select Id, Name From Account OFFSET 10.
Now it’s redused top 10 reconds and will be get only 3 records display.
If you want to display on first click after 10 record.
For Example:-Select Id, Name From Account.
It’s return 13 records
Select Id, Name From Account OFFSET 10.
Now it’s redused top 10 reconds and will be get only 3 records display.
